Refund policy
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice or proof of purchase and item must be sent back to us.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@bbplanettoys.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return item is $45 (before tax and shipping) and below and still in stock, you have the option of a "replacement" instead of a return. Each item may be replaced once. If you are unsatisfied with the replacement, you will have to contact us and then ship the replacement item back to us by following the instructions stated in the paragraph above. If the same item is sold out or no longer in stock, this option is voided.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For enamel pins, please refer to the Enamel Pin Grading Scale for damages on pin. They are graded according to this scale and are final sale even if dissatisfied.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
No refunds for enamel pins and stickers.
All enamel pins and stickers are final sale. We do our best to provide you with the quality of our pins per your choosing of the grade.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
