Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at BB Planet Toys. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days unless it is a prepaid order (more info on prepaid orders below). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We ship through UPS and USPS. Shipping rates delivery estimates will vary depending weight and shipment packaging. Shipping delivery time will vary depending on the option you chose. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

If your order is being shipped as USPS First Class (usually postage stamps), there will be NO TRACKING. These items will usually be trading cards, stickers, and other small items. You will have the option for priority mail, which comes with tracking, at an increased shipping cost. Any questions, please reach out to us.

Preorders

Once the order is processed, delivery may take up to 3-5 weeks. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email when your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Damages

BB Planet Toys is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
